Woven labels with thermo-adhesive backing
for iron-on / hot press
During the configuration of a woven label you may also choose the application type "for iron-on". Labels of this type have a thermal glue coating on their back side that allows the application with an iron or a hot press on plain fabrics (wool or other soft materials are not eligible). Due to its industrial quality, the glue is very resistant and will also endure many washings. Note that the labels are not removable anymore.
Here are some instructions for the application:
- Temperature: 150° C (iron level 2)
- Contact time: 20 seconds
- Contact pressure: 1,0 Kg / scm
- Drying time: 48 hours
- Do not use hot steam!
Self-adhesive garment labels
Self-adhesive garment labels are virtually like normal stickers. Though bonded joint is pretty strong, they can still be removed. However, please note that on soft fabrics or wool the removal might damage the carrying fabric.
Some technical info:
- washable up to 30° C
- after some washing they might loosen
- delieverd on rolls with 1-2mm of distance between the labels
